The Brazilian beauty traveled to Sumba Island, where she faced opponents large and small. First there was the horse who snapped at Lais right in the middle of a photo shoot. Then there were a flock of tiny bugs who took shelter in Lais' swimsuit. Who said SI Swimsuit was easy work?
But in the end, it was worth the pain, and you'd never know the obstacles our first-year model had to overcome. Thanks to the talented James Macari, Lais looks better than ever.
